Acceptable Use Policy
Sparky is for legitimate household and workspace document management. Abuse, illegal content, unauthorized data, harassment, spam, malware, and attempts to bypass controls can lead to removal or a ban.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to documents, chat messages, Telegram messages, prompts, files, metadata, generated output, invite links, API requests, and any use of Sparky Fetch.
2. Disallowed content and conduct
- Illegal content or activity, including attempts to evade law.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or instructions to create or find such material.
- Non-consensual intimate content, stalking, doxxing, threats, or harassment.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, bot abuse, scraping, or attempts to compromise systems.
- Uploading documents you do not have permission to process, or using Sparky to expose another person's private data without a valid reason.
- Attempts to bypass account limits, storage limits, rate limits, access controls, document visibility controls, or safety caps.
- Use for high-risk automated decisions, such as credit, housing, employment, healthcare, insurance, immigration, or legal eligibility decisions without qualified human review.

3. Sensitive documents
Sparky does not prohibit ordinary sensitive household documents by category, including medical, financial, insurance, immigration, and legal paperwork. You must still upload only documents you are entitled to process, and you must verify AI output against the source.
4. Enforcement
The operator may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, revoke invites, preserve evidence, notify affected users, or report unlawful conduct where appropriate. Repeated or severe violations can result in a permanent ban.
5. Reporting abuse
